Hispanic Horizons (HH) is much more than a Spanish language academy in India; it is a place where opportunities and development become a reality. Since its foundation in 2011, Hispanic Horizons has become an important part of the lives of many individuals. Run by native Spanish speakers, it is the only center in India which is accredited by the Instituto Cervantes and authorized to administer the Official Spanish Language Exam (DELE), which gives international recognition to its certificates.

The mission of Hispanic Horizons is clear and impassioned: to enhance and promote the Spanish language and culture in India. However, its vision extends far beyond mere language teaching. The organization is deeply committed to improving the future of Indian youth by enhancing their job skills and helping them aspire to better jobs and a more promising future. In addition to offering classes, Hispanic Horizons provides interpretation, translation, and dubbing services, thereby increasing employment opportunities for its students.

In over a decade, Hispanic Horizons has transformed the lives of more than twelve thousand students, helping them master the world’s second-most-spoken language and significantly improving their job prospects. In an increasingly globalized world, learning Spanish becomes a competitive advantage to secure better opportunities. With the growing commercial link between India and Spanish-speaking countries, knowledge of Spanish offers Indian youth a wide range of professional development possibilities.

Hispanic Horizons has embarked on a new phase of continued growth and improvement. With native Spanish professionals and Indian teachers working together, the institute has launched an ambitious project to purchase and construct a new headquarters facility with faculty housing, to create an even more enriching environment for its students.

Since April 2022, Fundación Hispánica has supported this admirable initiative through a fundraising campaign. Thanks to the generous support of individuals, entities, and other nonprofit organizations, the necessary funding has been secured to make this dream a reality.

Kamalini is a vocational training center that aims to help transform lives. It supports young Indians who, for various reasons, could not start their studies or have had to give up their studies. Kamalini provides the necessary training to help them support their families, improve their job prospects, and achieve greater independence, and contribute to reducing gender inequality in their communities.

Fundación Hispánica has been part of this effort, providing scholarships that enable many women to access the vocational training offered by Kamalini. Thanks to this initiative, many women have improved their standard of living, career aspirations, and, most importantly, their self-esteem.

At Hispanic Horizons and Kamalini, education and community support have become interwoven to create lasting change and build a more promising and equitable future for their students.
